— FUJIFILM Corporation is exhibiting the latest models in the FinePix digital camera lineup at Photokina 2010 under the umbrella slogan of “FUJIFILM FinePix. More than you imagined.”
Fujifilm booth at Photokina 2010 is divided into two areas: FinePix REAL 3D System Area and FinePix Digital Camera Area. FinePix Digital Camera Area consists of three zones: Long Zoom & Panorama Zone, Touch & Try Zone and FinePix Technology Zone.
The new lineup of FinePix is now stronger than ever with 3D solution, the combination of Fujinon long zoom technology and Super CCD EXR with Phase Detection technology to realize high speed Auto Focus. Motion Panorama is now expanded to 360 degrees, which means you can capture all the way around you by simply sweeping the camera and can capture the whole atmosphere. After enjoying shooting, you can easily organize the pictures and order Photobooks with the new Photobook Assist.

FinePix REAL 3D System Area
In 2009, Fujifilm introduced the world’s first camera to capture 3D images, and offered a completely new approach to photography by FinePix REAL 3D W1. And in 2010, the 3D world has now expanded, and we are now able to enhance the 3D imaging world as a total solution — Capturing, Viewing, Sharing — to the next stage. In the FinePix REAL 3D System Area, visitors can view impressive 3D images actually shot with our new “FinePix REAL 3D W3” on large 3D TVs, touch and try “FinePix REAL 3D W3” by themselves, and experience 3D printing from “3D PRINTER DPR-1”.
FinePix Digital Camera Area
FinePix Area consists of three zones: Long Zoom & Panorama Zone, Touch & Try Zone and FinePix Technology Zone.
Long Zoom & Panorama Zone Fujifilm is now reinforced its products to realize super long zoom without compromising body size or image quality. At the Long Zoom & Panorama Zone, visitors can touch and try the award-winning FinePix HS10 with 30× zoom, and our brand new FinePix F300EXR with 15× zoom. Not only the huge zoom range, but also Fujifilm’s powerful Image Stabilization System can be experienced as a combination with the long zoom photography. In addition, visitors can try Fujifilm’s new and unique Motion Panorama 360. Simply sweep the camera up or down, right or left, and the camera will create a stunning panoramic picture automatically.
Touch & Try Zone The lineup of FinePix digital cameras on display at Photokina 2010 includes the FinePix HS10, winner of EISA Awards in 2010; the sleek 15× zoom model, FinePix F300EXR; the elegant model with intuitive touch screen, FinePix Z800EXR; and the tough model with water / shock / dust proof, FinePix XP10 and others.
FinePix Technology Zone As a new and unique technology, Fujifilm has announced the world’s first Phase Detection pixel built in image sensor which realizes a high speed Auto Focus; 2-3 times faster compared to conventional digital cameras. FinePix F300EXR and FinePix Z800EXR are equipped with this image sensor (Super CCD EXR), and can be experienced at the FinePix Technology Zone. In addition, Fujifilm will exhibit here the new Intelligent Image Stabilization, and the beautiful Photography Gallery all shot with FinePix F300EXR or FinePix Z800EXR, to let visitors experience once again the extreme quality of Super CCD EXR.

DPR-1 achieves high-quality and natural 3D print captured with a 3D digital camera. With Fujifilm’s “Image IntelligenceTM” technology, the system employs a printing method that uses thermal sublimation to transfer images directly onto lenticular sheets to create a natural 3D effect. In addition, as the body size of DPR-1 is reduced and is easy to set up, it is ideal for on-location 3D photography service. FinePix F300EXR NEW
The FinePix F300EXR is equipped with the world’s first “Phase Detection pixel built-in CCD”, which realize Auto Focus speed of 0.158 sec., as fast as human eyes blink. In addition, FinePix F300EXR is equipped with Fujinon 15× optical zoom lens offering an incredible 24mm – 360mm focal length. With the new double structured lens, 2 lens elements neatly fold away from the path of the retracting lens, and realized a remarkably compact body size. FinePix F300EXR will satisfy discerning photographers who are looking for a camera with a high zoom range, yet compact and pocketable, with no compromises on picture quality nor being irritated by slow auto focus or blur.
FinePix Z800EXR NEW
The FinePix Z800EXR is also equipped with the world’s first “Phase Detection pixel built-in CCD”, which realize Auto Focus speed of 0.158 sec., as fast as human eyes blink.
